In 2017, the CV team explored over 1,000 consumers\u2019 attitudes and behaviors related to meal choices at home, in the workplace and at restaurants throughout France. While French cuisine is often regarded as elegant and simple, French consumers and their appetite\u2019s are more robust and complex.
